Job Summary
Document Management Assistant providing administrative support to a Document Management center serving all branches. Responsibilities include scanning and downloading insurance information from carrier websites, distributing emails, routing faxes, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and supporting front desk operations. Role involves phone handling, greeting visitors, and assisting across the organization with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Requires 2-3 years in a related role, a High School Diploma or equivalency (Associates’ degree preferred), proficiency with MS Word and Excel, familiarity with scanning and postage equipment, and strong attention to detail. Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in a similar or related position
- High School Diploma or equivalency required
- Associates’ Degree preferred
- Experience with MS Word and Excel
- Experience with windows-based computer programs
- Experience with scanning equipment and electronic postage equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with processing of incoming and outgoing mail
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Precise communication skills under time constraints
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
