Document Imaging Specialist

Assist the Director of Quality Management in the daily management of electronic file scanning operations through prompt and efficient communications, maintaining internal and external schedules, correspondence and meeting project deadlines. Produce reports and presentations; ensure that case management file data is scanned accurately and available in a timely manner; provide technical assistance on imaging processes; review electronic scanned documents for quality and completeness; monitor scanning processes for adherence to the COMSQUARED scanning process; index documents for efficient retrieval; achieve 98% indexing accuracy and meet daily production goals; perform quality checks on scanned documents; monitor and ensure proper disposal of protected information; participate in the development and maintenance of records management policies and procedures; act as point of contact for day-to-day operations of the electronic records management system; troubleshoot system problems and coordinate with IT; respond to user inquiries and escalate issues as needed; travel within Circuit 20 (Lee, Charlotte, Collier and Hendry/Glades counties) is required; complete required training (15 hours annually, 20 hours if Certified Child Welfare Professional); no supervisory responsibilities; education and experience requirements include high school diploma and 5 years office experience with 2 years child welfare experience; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to communicate effectively; commitment to confidentiality and teamwork.
