Job Summary
Imaging Specialist role focused on converting physical documents into digital assets with high accuracy. Responsibilities include processing a high volume of hard copy records for scanning, operating and maintaining scanning equipment to produce digital images, indexing and keying critical data into multiple software applications with strong attention to detail, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures, security protocols, and client SLAs to maintain document control and confidentiality. The position requires independent work, a readiness to handle 40 lb lifts, and English proficiency; the role offers a first/second shift schedule in Jessup, MD with starting pay at $17.75/hr plus a shift differential and eligibility for additional benefits (SCA Pay, PTO, holidays, health and retirement plans). Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance; US Persons only.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a high-volume production, administrative, or data entry environment
- Strong knowledge of basic PC operations and computer-related products
- Proficiency in reading and communicating in English
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a focused pace to meet production rates and quality targets
- Must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
