Job Summary
Maintain a document management system for contract and project documents by retrieving, uploading, and downloading files while adhering to naming conventions and numbering standards. Process incoming and outgoing documentation to ensure electronic records comply with contractual requirements and support the entire project team. Monitor daily activity, implement workflow modifications, and assist the Document Control Manager in enforcing policies and procedures within the Electronic Document Management System. Familiar with Submittal and RFI packages procedures to ensure timely processing with project department leads.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of project experience in a Document Control or similar role
- working in transportation infrastructure development or the construction industry
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent organization, coordination, and prioritizing skills
- Strong reading, comprehension, and written retention skills
- Exhibit good problem solving skills

- Exceptional client relations and customer service skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, and quick to learn with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to work in a team or independently in a multi-disciplinary team environment
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
