Document Controller

Job Summary
Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation and ensure accessibility across teams while supporting the production of As-Built drawings, O&M manuals, and handover documentation. Upload, manage, and track documents using ACC/Viewpoint, ensuring compliance with document control procedures, quality standards, and audit requirements. Support Health & Safety documentation control, including Method Statements and Lift Plans, and monitor document workflows to provide regular reporting on status and KPIs. Provide general administrative support to the project team as required. This role is based in our London/Glasgow/Milton Keynes office with hybrid working options.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Document Controller or similar role
- Experience in a construction or site-based environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Good communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach
- Understanding of O&M manuals and project handover processes
- Awareness of BIM and digital construction
- Commercial awareness
- Full UK driving licence
