Job Summary
Create, maintain, and update controlled documents while managing structured electronic filing systems and overseeing full document workflows. Distribute controlled documents with managed access permissions and ensure compliance with company, regulatory, and quality standards for internal and external audits. Train staff on document control processes and support project teams by coordinating RFIs, technical submittals, and design revisions across development, construction, commissioning, and operations. Track project drawings and revisions to support delivery and handover, administering EDMS platforms like SharePoint and Aconex to ensure ISO alignment. Assist with commissioning handover documentation including O&M manuals and safety records. This role supports project delivery in wind, solar, and green hydrogen initiatives across Queensland, NSW, and Tasmania.

Desired Qualifications
- associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, information management, or a related field (highly desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other document management software
- Experience working with document management systems such as SharePoint, inEight Scenario, Procore or Aconex (highly desirable)
- Understanding of metadata standards, document numbering systems, revision control, and governance frameworks
- Exposure to engineering, construction, commissioning, or operational documentation within infrastructure or energy projects (advantageous)
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, such as ISO, OSHA, etc. (advantageous)
