Job Summary
Archive, control, and retrieve project records for Civil Engineering initiatives, ensuring documentation remains accurate and up to date. Manage document issuance and approvals, conduct quality checks for completeness and compliance, and migrate files as required. Support audit activities, maintain RFI logs, and distribute responses to facilitate clear communication. Provide regular status reports on documentation workflow to stakeholders. This role operates on a nightshift schedule between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM PH time. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree with proven experience in Civil Engineering, ideally Transportation, and demonstrate proficiency with EDMS tools such as SharePoint, Aconex, or ProCore.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience as a Document Controller in the Civil Engineering sector, ideally Transportation
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks, manage time well, multitask and troubleshoot while handling multiple deadlines
- Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy when in contact with complex and sensitive documents
- Self-directed - the ability to work independently and used to working in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Stay focused and carry out their tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Ability to interact and coordinate with internal and external business partners
- Strong communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written
- Experienced with EDMS (SharePoint, Aconex, ProCore)
- Preferable to have experience working on construction sites
Desired Qualifications
- Involvement with large and complex projects from concept to delivery – P3 experience would be desirable
