Job Summary
Receive, review, and process engineering documents, drawings, and specifications while maintaining control systems, databases, and logs with accurate metadata. Ensure version control, proper archiving of superseded documents, and compliance with client and internal standards. Prepare transmittals, submittals, and document packages for distribution, coordinate reviews to track stakeholder responses, and assist teams with retrieval, formatting, and troubleshooting. Support audits and quality checks of document records. This mid-level role provides support for document management processes within Mesa's PMO business unit, working under moderate supervision to independently manage routine workflows and contribute to quality assurance efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 6 years experience working as a Document Control Technician
- 4-year business degree or similar
- 2-3 years of field project document control experience
