Job Summary
Document Control Team Leader manages the Document Centre/Archives on a day-to-day basis, ensuring documented information procedures meet site licence requirements, regulatory standards, and company directives; loads and maintains documents in CDMS; maintains the site record schedule and document retrieval; safeguards master documents; supports Emergency Control Centre and Emergency Response Centre; provides training on document management processes; oversees issue communications, client requests, and staff development; monitors KPIs and participates in governance groups to continuously improve the documentation service; requires proficiency in AMS – Document Control, Records Management, Action Tracking, CAP, and Business Objects, with strong Microsoft Office and CDMS skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: City & Guilds in Business Administration or equivalent
