Job Summary
Conduct quality checks, track, and archive engineering technical documentation through the design, start-up, and operation phases per Canadian Natural standards. Maintain electronic document flow within project teams and manage interfaces with external contractors for bulk loading and reclassification. Support the Document Control department by auditing and registering controlled documentation in the electronic document management system. Deliver projects to improve quality and access to information while complying with company procedures. Work Monday through Friday in Calgary with a 5-day on, 2-day off schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in your 1st year or higher of Business Administration, Information Management/Technology or related program at an accredited post-secondary institution
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills with the capability of working in a fast paced environment and multitasking
- Excellent team work skills with positive, adaptable and cooperative attitude; reliability and punctuality are a must
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- Independent, self-motivated and accountable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- All candidates applying to Canadian Natural must have legal authorization to work in Canada with no restrictions
- Must be available for the shift schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, 8 hours/day (Monday – Friday)
- Must be available for the term length: 12 months
- Must be available for the term start: January 2027
- Must be available for the Job location: Calgary, AB – Head Office
