Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive quality assurance reviews of prepared closing and purchased loan packages to ensure compliance and completeness. Maintain document management for the Loan Origination system, preparing files for extraction and upload to the Servicing system. Follow up and clear post-closing deficiencies, coordinate with third-party quality control providers, and manage monthly reporting on audits. Prepare credit packages for loan participations and organize recorded mortgages to ensure perfected liens. Adhere to operational controls, including the Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC regulations. Requires an associate's degree plus two years of financial services experience, one year of closing experience, and proficiency with mortgage loan origination software.

- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of related financial services experience
- 1 year of closing experience
- Equivalent experience to the above
- Bachelor's degree, English major preferred
