Document Control Specialist

Job Summary
Invoice trailers, categorize, file, and retrieve documents using specific classification systems while maintaining logs of retrievals, updates, and removals. Resolve problems by checking for duplicate documents, missing information, or incorrect data, and assist the Sales Department with credits and other documentation requirements. Answer customer calls and emails to resolve issues professionally, complete legal documentation such as MSO affidavits and NAFTA paperwork, and assist with audits, inventories, and research. Schedule meetings, photocopy, fax, and take notations as necessary. This role operates in a fast-paced professional office environment requiring physical activity, lifting up to 40 pounds, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to follow rules and standard operating procedures
- Must be able to work overtime
- High School or Equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum one year administrative or invoicing experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
