Job Summary
Initiate aseptic deviation RCA processes, coordinating between departments and additional testing. Maintain, control, audit, manage, and update Document Archives for Food Safety, Quality, and cGMP compliance, including raw material, batching, processing, packaging, and HACCP records. Perform tasks during real or simulated product recalls, retrieving data to support FDA, USDA, and external audit requests. Assist in conducting quality system audits and training classes. Disposition raw materials and finished products using hold/release processes in the ERP system, acting as a point of contact for suppliers on non-conforming materials and tracking returned items. Troubleshoot quality issues over the phone on off-hours and come to the plant as needed.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of GED or High School Diploma
- Must be able to quickly retrieve and understand data/documents to support FDA, USDA, and external and internal audit requests
- Maintains Proficiency in ERP and/or paper filing process flow and application
- Available to troubleshoot quality issues over the phone on off-hours and come into the plant as needed
- Monday - Friday 8am-430pm
