Document Control Specialist

Job Summary
Document Control Specialist needed to manage issued documents throughout the Project Life Cycle. Responsibilities include recording documents per procedure, receiving/downloading from EDMS, filing, providing the project manager with transmission/revision schedules, creating and maintaining the Master Document Register, circulating documents to project teams, logging incoming/outgoing information, uploading drawings/docs to EDMS per PM schedules, performing high-level reviews of lifecycle-controlled documents, and maintaining document issue sheets. Must possess strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills to support ME-based projects and daily team coordination; experience with EDMS platforms (Aconex, ACC, ASSAI, BIM 360, InEight Team Binder, Unifier, SharePoint) is advantageous. Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years’ experience of Document and Data management in a multi discipline detail design engineering environment
- Experience of uploading/downloading from online collaborative websites is essential
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills for ME-based projects and daily coordination
- Experience in at least three EDMS's like Aconex, ACC, ASSAI, BIM 360, InEight Team Binder, Unifier & SharePoint would be an advantage
