Job Summary

Document Control Manager responsible for planning, organizing, and directing day-to-day document control operations for the Authority’s EDMS program in Sacramento, CA. Leadership of document control staff, development and enforcement of policies and procedures, performance monitoring with KPIs and dashboards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Drives cross-functional collaboration with IT, Records Management, Quality Management, and project teams; supports audits, training programs, and outreach; oversees process improvements, workflow documentation, and change management related to document management initiatives. Emphasizes enterprise DCS strategy implementation, auditable governance, and high-quality service delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience and/or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership experience
  • Master’s in business Admin, Information Mgmt, Construction Mgmt, or related field
  • Experience with state/federally funded infrastructure programs (transportation/rail preferred)
  • Knowledge of public sector compliance, records retention, and ISO 9001:2015 standards/audit
  • Document Control System administration and EDMS experience
