Job Summary

Manage, maintain, and distribute project documentation for a large-scale natural gas pipeline construction project. Ensure that all technical, quality, and project-related documents are current, traceable, and compliant with project and regulatory requirements. Set up, track, and archive documents in EDMS systems (primarily Procore); ensure proper version control of drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence. Coordinate document workflows between engineering, construction, quality, safety, and project management teams; monitor revisions and transmittals; generate logs and reports; perform quality checks for accuracy and completeness; maintain confidentiality and integrity of documentation; assist audits and regulatory reviews with document traceability; support EDMS usage by project teams. Preferred qualifications include experience with natural gas/oil & gas or pipeline projects and familiarity with Alberta construction standards, with Procore or SharePoint as applicable.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of document control experience in construction or industrial projects
  • Intermediate hands-on experience with EDMS
  • Procore experience preferred (intermediate level or higher)
  • Strong understanding of document numbering, revision control, and approval workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage high document volumes in a fast-paced project environment
