Job Summary
Manage and track company documents, maintain master document control and JDPs, perform internal audits, assist with PPAP documentation and QMS-related updates, train employees on records management, and support continuous improvement of administrative processes in a manufacturing quality environment. Proficient in document lifecycle, scanning/uploading records, archiving obsolete records, and ensuring accuracy across information systems; interact with quality managers and process owners to ensure timely documentation updates and compliance with ISO 9001 and PPAP processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year production and process knowledge in manufacturing
- Familiarity with regulated industry standards preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to successfully complete all assigned trainings
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Familiarity with ISO 9001
- Familiarity with creating work instructions
- Some familiarity with PPAP’s (Production Part Approval Process)
