Job Summary
Process, issue, reproduce and file engineering and construction documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Set up and maintain project documentation within filing requirements; check the quality of drawings and documents to be catalogued; receive, track and monitor drawings and documentation; coordinate with the project team to control documentation; generate transmittals to external parties; verify accuracy of transmittals; expedite the review of internal and external documentation within engineering departments; perform fiscal responsibilities as required by the Joint Venture; engage with customers, suppliers, JV partners, project managers, project personnel, estimating personnel, trades personnel, and union business agents; security clearance process with a full background check; Bruce Power security clearance strongly preferred; five years of experience or equivalent, EDMS proficiency, and field/office work locations with travel. Also notes a replacement reason and an expected pay range of $27-$30/hour equivalent annualized.
Required Qualifications
- Five years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Basic knowledge of engineering terminology.
- Considerable experience working with and understanding drawings and documentation.
- Proficient in using Electronic Document Management Systems.
