Job Summary
Processing and documentation of vehicle title documents in compliance with state/federal regulations; verify supporting documents (odometer statements, reassignment forms, powers of attorney); enter and maintain title data in internal systems with high accuracy; process mail, prepare titles for scanning, and file management with secure vault storage; audit and maintain title inventory, coordinate release and shipment of titles to clients; strong attention to detail, data-entry proficiency, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to sit/stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs; pre-employment drug screening required.
