Job Summary
Greet patients and customers entering the store, identify needs to ensure a memorable experience, and promote available promotional products and services. Facilitate a strong partnership between the retail and professional services teams, schedule and confirm appointments, collect patient information, perform basic pre-tests and history intake, assist with patient complaints resolution, maintain brand standards and assist with lab duties including assembling lenses, edging stock lenses, and ensuring accurate and timely customer orders. Emphasizes customer service, sales support, and collaboration between clinical and retail teams to deliver quality eye care and convenient service in-store.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
- ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
- active listening and empathy
- collaborative team player
- multitask and adapt to changing business needs
