Job Summary
Greet patients and customers as they enter the store, identify needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience while promoting available products and services. Facilitate a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services, schedule and document appointments, perform pre-tests and basic ophthalmic assessments, assist management with patient concerns, maintain brand standards in both lab and front-end areas, and ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses and orders. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of customer-service experience; strong communication, active listening, empathy, and ability to multitask in a team environment. Required Qualifications
