Doctor's Technician at Physicians Eyecare Group (PEG) supports clinic operations and enhances the patient journey by delivering outstanding customer service while assisting PEG clinicians with diagnostic pre-testing, digital refraction, and contact lens care. The role involves greeting patients, gathering information, scheduling/confirming appointments, resolving patient inquiries and complaints, maintaining HIPAA-compliant records, and upholding brand standards. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of customer-service experience; optical experience is a plus. Works under supervision of PEG physicians to ensure adherence to clinical standards and goals, contributing to a positive, efficient store experience across the optometry service mix.

Required Qualifications
