Job Summary
Greet patients upon entry, identify needs, and answer inquiries to ensure an easy, memorable experience while providing product and service information. Schedule and confirm appointments, assist with complaint resolution, and maintain confidential patient records per HIPAA standards. Collaborate with the Clinical services team to orchestrate efficient transitions, execute Diagnostic Pre-Testing, Digital Refraction, and Contact Lens care under physician supervision. Meet daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly PEG goals and maintain brand standards through basic housekeeping. Work flexible hours determined by business needs with variable compensation and commission on sales.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program
- 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
- Skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
- Passion for customer satisfaction and maintain a positive demeanor
- Proactive and execute problem solving skills to address potential patients' concerns or rebuttals
- Driven by results and have the ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- Schedule flexibility
- Enjoy working with technology and are curious about current innovations
Desired Qualifications
- Optical experience is a plus
