Job Summary
Doctor Technician at Physicians Eyecare Group (PEG NC) provides outstanding customer service and supports PEG Clinical and retail teams. Duties include assisting with Diagnostic Pre-Testing, Digital Refraction, and Contact Lens care under supervision of a PEG physician; managing patient flow and experiences, scheduling/confirming appointments, resolving patient inquiries, maintaining HIPAA-compliant records, and upholding brand standards. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service to patients/customers

- Optical experience is a plus
