Doctor's Technician (PEG NC)

Job Summary
Provide compassionate patient-facing support as a Doctor Technician within the Physician Eyecare Group store, assisting PEG clinicians with pre-testing, digital refraction, and contact lens care while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining patient records in accordance with HIPAA. Responsibilities include greeting patients, identifying needs, informing patients about products/services, scheduling appointments, resolving patient concerns, aiding in achieving PEG goals, and upholding brand standards. Experience in optical settings is a plus; high school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of customer-service experience preferred; ability to multitask and adapt to clinic/store demands.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
