Job Summary
Greet patients upon entry, identify their needs, and provide information about available products and services while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Schedule and confirm appointments, answer inquiries, and assist with complaint resolution to ensure all patient expectations are met. Collaborate with the Clinical services team to orchestrate efficient transitions, maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records, and perform basic housekeeping to uphold brand standards. Execute all PEG clinical standards under physician supervision, including diagnostic pre-testing and digital refraction, while communicating effectively with supervising physicians regarding patient care. Achieve desired daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals through proactive problem-solving and multitasking in a fast, friendly, and affordable environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program
- 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
- Skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
- Passion for customer satisfaction and maintain a positive demeanor
- Proactive and execute problem solving skills to address potential patients' concerns or rebuttals
- Driven by results and have the ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- Schedule flexibility
- Enjoy working with technology and are curious about current innovations
Desired Qualifications
- Optical experience is a plus
