Job Summary
Greet patients and deliver outstanding patient experience at an on-site store; assist PEG clinical team with Pre-Testing, Digital Refraction, and Contact Lens care under supervising PEG physician; schedule and confirm appointments; resolve patient inquiries and complaints; maintain patient records per HIPAA; collaborate to achieve store goals and PEG metrics; maintain brand standards and participate in training and development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
- communication skills with diverse groups
- proactive problem solving
- ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs
- schedule flexibility
- interest in technology
- Optical experience is a plus
