Job Summary
Greet patients upon entry, identify needs, and provide product/service information to ensure an easy, memorable experience. Answer inquiries, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with complaint resolution while informing order status. Collaborate with the Clinical services team to orchestrate efficient transitions from clinical to retail, adhering to all training guidelines, protocols, and certification standards. Communicate effectively with supervising PEG physicians regarding diagnostic pre-testing, digital refraction, and contact lens care. Maintain patient record confidentiality per HIPAA requirements and execute basic housekeeping duties to uphold brand standards. Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly PEG goals while remaining flexible with changing business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma
- Currently enrolled in a comparable program
- 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
- Skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
- Passion for customer satisfaction
