Job Summary
Greet patients entering the Stanton Optical store, identify needs to ensure a memorable experience, and facilitate sales by promoting available products and services. Act as a bridge between retail and clinical services, schedule and document patient history, perform pre-tests (noncontact tonometry, auto refraction, visual acuity, color test, stereopsis, Amsler grid), assist with patient complaint resolution and status updates, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of eyeglasses by maintaining lab standards and workflow. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of customer service experience; strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills; ability to multitask and stay proactive in a fast-paced retail environment. Required Qualifications
