Job Summary
Coordinate clinical services by performing diagnostic pre-testing, digital refraction, and contact lens care under physician supervision. Greet patients, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments while fostering partnerships between clinical and retail teams. Execute simple repairs, assemble lenses, and ensure accurate, on-time delivery of eyeglasses. Maintain patient records securely per HIPAA requirements and achieve daily/weekly performance metrics. Work on-site with flexible hours determined by business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
- ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
- associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program
- schedule flexibility
- Knowledgeable about Microsoft Suite 365
