Job Summary
Greet patients and customers as they enter the store, identify needs, and facilitate sales of promotional products and services. Foster a strong partnership between retail and professional services; schedule appointments; collect and enter patient history; perform pre-tests and noninvasive eye measurements (noncontact tonometry, auto refract, visual acuity, color tests, stereopsis, amsler grid); support management with patient issues and status updates; ensure orders are completed accurately and on time; maintain brand standards in store and lab areas; assist with basic lens edging and delivery to improve service efficiency; contribute to a positive patient experience and strong customer service focus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
- Communication skills to diverse groups
- Active listening and rapport-building abilities
- Problem-solving ability in a patient-focused environment
- Collaborative spirit and teamwork
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs
