Job Summary
Greet patients and customers upon entry, identify needs, and facilitate sales while answering inquiries. Foster partnerships between the retail and clinical teams by scheduling appointments, entering patient history, and completing pre-tests including tonometry, auto-refraction, and visual acuity assessments. Assist with complaint resolution, ensure brand standards through housekeeping and lab maintenance, and execute repairs such as lens assembly and edge stock installation. Track delivery commitments to guarantee 100% compliance with service promises.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program
- 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
- Skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
- Ability to implement active listening, build rapport, and empathize with patients
- Proactive problem solving skills to address potential patients' concerns or rebuttals
- Collaborative spirit, while building respectful and cordial relationships with your team and patients
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- Passion for customer satisfaction and maintain a positive demeanor
