Job Summary
Doctor's Technician greets patients as they enter the store, supports a seamless flow between clinical services and retail, provides outstanding customer service, and facilitates sales. Duties include scheduling and confirming appointments, entering patient history, completing noninvasive tests (noncontact tonometry, auto refraction, visual acuity, color test, stereopsis, amsler grid), gathering necessary information, addressing patient inquiries, and ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time. The role also involves assisting management with patient concerns, maintaining brand standards in both the lab and retail areas, handling basic lens edging and repairs, and collaborating with the retail and clinical teams to optimize the patient experience and service delivery. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
