Job Summary
Optometric practice seeking a Doctor's Assistant/Optometric Technician to support the Total Patient Experience. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining testing equipment (lensometer, autorefractor/keratometer, retinal camera, visual field, GDX, OCT), following testing scripts, preparing patients for exams, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and performing general office duties. Must interact professionally with patients and staff, contribute to a positive team environment, and accommodate scheduling needs including weekends. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and documentation of identity/right to work in the United States are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
