Job Summary
Licensed Doctor of Optometry in Massachusetts needed to join Tele-Optometric Service as an independent contractor. Conduct remote eye examinations for patients using patented tele-optometric technology, communicating with patients via video conference, and analyzing eye health with Ophthalmic Technician support to generate prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses. Role offers credentialing/training assistance, competitive compensation, and the flexibility to work remotely from MA while examining patients in the states where licensed.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts state license for Optometry
- Independent contractor arrangement
- Experience with tele-optometry or remote eye exams (preferred)
- Ability to examine patients in licensed states via remote technology
- Credentialing and training support provided
