Job Summary
Sleep Medicine Physician (MD/DO) needed for full-time, on-site role in Hampton Roads, VA. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating a broad range of sleep disorders, developing individualized treatment plans (including PAP therapies and behavioral interventions), monitoring outcomes, collaborating with neurologists, behavioral health professionals, and sleep technologists, educating patients and families on sleep hygiene, and contributing to clinical documentation, quality improvement, and program development. Requires board certification/eligibility in Sleep Medicine and an active Virginia medical license or ability to obtain; on-site work at VA locations.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Sleep Medicine
- Completion of an accredited residency in Neurology, Internal Medicine, Pulmonology, Family Medicine, or a related specialty
- Valid, unrestricted medical license to practice in the United States (Virginia license required or ability to obtain)
- Demonstrated clinical experience evaluating and managing sleep disorders
- Willingness to work on-site at our Hampton Roads, VA locations
