Job Summary
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician needed for 100% outpatient primary care in New York City area (Manhattan/Brooklyn/Queens) within a physician-led, team-based model. Practice includes strong support staff, structured onboarding with a 12-week ramp-up, and collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams using Epic EMR and emerging DAX ambient AI technology. Enjoy a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, value-based care outcomes, and dedicated mentorship while focusing on meaningful patient relationships in a high-impact setting across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and/or Queens.
