Doctor-Coordinator

Conduct clinical coordination for patient care transitions, manage multidisciplinary team schedules, and oversee documentation compliance. Review and approve transfer orders, facilitate communication between physicians and nursing staff, and ensure timely discharge planning. Maintain accurate electronic health records and resolve scheduling conflicts for inpatient units. Full-time position with rotating on-call duties.
