Job Summary
Outbound Dockworker responsible for safely loading and unloading freight on trailers using forklift or pallet jack, staging and securing freight, and tracking shipments with document management systems. Must verify related documentation, follow safety rules, communicate with terminal personnel and drivers, and maintain a flexible schedule including day/night shifts and overtime. Role requires ability to read/write English and prior forklift/material handling experience preferred; benefits include health, 401(k), time off, and disability coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior forklift experience or material handling equipment experience preferred
- Experience in warehousing, freight, or logistics preferred
