Job Summary
Load and unload delivery trucks using hand tools, pallet jacks, or lift trucks. Scan barcodes to verify freight movements and ensure accurate labeling for routing. Sort and segregate inventory by destination while confirming merchandise details match work orders. Inspect products for damage and report shortages or damages per operating procedures. Maintain dock cleanliness and update the database upon finalizing work orders. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months experience
- Previous experience as a fulfillment associate
- Ability to read and interpret written work orders
- Strong attention to detail
- 18 years old
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing
- Frequently lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 70 pounds; pull up to 100 pounds and push up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally climb stairs
- Frequently stoop, kneel or crouch
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of warehousing procedures an advantage
- Experience operating lift truck, pallet jack, or side desired
