Job Summary
Secure boats to docks, perform black water pump outs, manage waste disposal, and handle general facility sanitation while maintaining established quality standards for marina operations. Assist customers and guests with boating needs, ensure the area remains clean and safe, and comply with all OSHA and environmental regulations including proper PPE usage. Exhibit a friendly, professional relationship with coworkers, members, and vendors while independently managing tasks up to thirty pounds. Swim or wear a personal flotation device for emergencies. Required Qualifications
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers
- Some knowledge of marina operations or willingness to be trained in them
- Proven track record or innate ability to interface with customers positively and successfully
- Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets
- Must be able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to thirty (30) pounds
- Must be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in instances of emergency
- Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally
- Must be able to express oneself and effectively convey directions and clear instructions to a team of individuals
