Create exceptional customer experiences and build relationships by working with boats and boaters while learning marine skills. Improve and maintain property and facilities daily, adhering to safety policies, regulatory standards, and Morningstar guidelines. This dockhand role requires a people-person who loves working outdoors, standing, and moving freely throughout the property, with the ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be willing to work weekends and pass a pre-employment background check.
