Job Summary
Load and unload freight using forklift, pallet jack, hand truck, or by hand; strap and pad freight to prevent damage or shifting; accurately record freight condition on arrival; perform pre-shift and post-shift inspections of dock equipment; maintain regular attendance; able to work all shifts including overtime and weekends; requires ability to lift ~70 lbs and work in a high-volume environment with safety and team coordination in a US-based dock/warehouse setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 17+ years of age
- Must be able to lift approximately 70 lbs.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks
- Must be able to perform all duties including overtime and weekends
- Experience in the transportation industry preferred
- Prior forklift operation or certification preferred
