Dock Supervisor

Saia is seeking a Dock Supervisor to oversee terminal operations, supervise dockworkers, ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations, and drive safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include directing dock activities, inspecting operations for DOT and regulatory compliance, coaching staff on safety and equipment usage, reviewing reports, and promoting a safe, organized dock environment. Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of warehouse/dock/freight experience, supervisory experience, forklift or hazmat training, and strong attention to detail. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 100 pounds; schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
