Job Summary
Dock Supervisor for Old Dominion Freight Line responsible for overseeing daily dock operations at Irving, TX service center, supervising dock employees, ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations, managing loading/unloading, coordinating with Operations and Service Center Managers, monitoring performance metrics (ROI, MPH, stops per hour, on-time delivery), maintaining housekeeping, operating OD’s IT systems (AS400, DYMS, BLU) and related software, and providing feedback for continuous improvement while offering career development opportunities within a family-focused culture.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or equivalent
