Job Summary
Shift Coordinator at Sephora's Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN, responsible for assigning work tasks to associates, monitoring progress, operating and maintaining WMS systems, balancing inventory, communicating daily goals, training staff, ensuring safety and loss-prevention compliance, and providing feedback. Requires knowledge of WMS or menu-driven systems, strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, interpersonal and communication skills, willingness to cross-train, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Starting pay range is $24.70–$26.45 per hour with potential shift differential; must be able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs and adhere to safety and attendance policies. Must have a college degree or relevant work experience and familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
