Job Summary
Shift is 5:30pm-3:30am, duties include moving trailers to/from docks, securing loads, processing BOL paperwork, operating yard truck and forklift as needed, loading/unloading palletized and non-palletized freight, ensuring safety and accuracy of shipments, using handheld devices to scan shipments, and maintaining inventory and paperwork; CDL preferred but not required for some shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language
- Ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator
- Lift freight and other objects up to 50 lbs frequently and greater than 70 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends
