Job Summary
Assist with removing mooring covers, prepare boats for scheduled outings, and maintain vessel cleanliness by washing, polishing chrome, and cleaning engine compartments. Operate equipment including tractors, mowers, and hoists while ensuring customers are supported during fuel dock purchases. Work directly with multiple departments to facilitate smooth marina operations and ensure a high-quality customer experience. This full-time seasonal role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, with a flexible schedule to meet fluctuating business demands. Candidates must be ready, willing, and able to work in the elements, move into small spaces requiring crouching or kneeling, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. A comprehensive background check is required before a job offer is issued.
Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation for use during work day
- Evening, weekend and holiday availability required
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to work on a team and independently
- Ability to move into and out of small spaces that may require crouching, kneeling or crawling
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand for extended periods and occasionally kneel, stoop, bend and twist in tight areas
- Comfortability with ladders and confined spaces is required
- Ability to work in the elements regularly
- All candidates must be ready, willing, and able to work a fully flexible work schedule that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays to meet the fluctuating business demands

Desired Qualifications
- Boating experience is a plus but not required
- General boating knowledge is a plus
