Dock Facilitator 1st Shift

Perform a variety of production-related manufacturing functions including dispatching, line-of-balance coordination, inventory flow, packing/shipping/receiving, and job-aid documentation; operate with electronic tracking; ensure material/work orders align with customer requirements; train others as needed; maintain production boards and paperwork; interact with internal GE teams and vendors; support efficient production throughput and adherence to schedules; requires high school diploma or GED and ability to handle weights per OSHA standards. Must meet U.S. work authorization requirements and pass a drug screen per company policy. Relocation not provided. Emphasis on teamwork, accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality processes.
