Job Summary

Diagnose and repair loading dock and doors, perform preventative maintenance, and conduct safety inspections at customer sites. Accurately document work performed using our work order management system while maintaining your service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory. Represent LiftOne with professionalism during every customer interaction. Welding certification is required within the first 30 days of being hired. This role supports the Weisiger Group's supply chain by keeping essential goods moving.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in skilled trade (Mechanical, Hydraulic, Fabrication, or Electrical)
  • Previous experience in installation or maintenance in commercial doors, HVAC systems, construction, military, fabrication or automotive repair
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems
  • Ability to work independently in the field
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude
  • Lead with a safety-first mindset, following all company and customer safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the equipment you service

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with hydraulics, electrical systems, engines, or diagnostics
  • Welding certification
  • Welding certification within the first 30 days of being hired
  • Experience with ServiceMax or similar computerized maintenance/work order management systems
